Monthly

  • Processing the Monthly report for Warranty claim
  • Processing the Monthly report for recall claims.
  • Prepared schedule for Saturday Duty rotation.
  • Processing Purchase Order (PO) from Karrus
  • Update payment status in teams for Karrus
  • Prepared and submit Payment approved for Karrus to Finance
  • Assist monthly dealer Meetings
  • Assist monthly HOD meeting
  • Make sure Credit Notes (CN) was issued on the same month
  • Assist and guide new dealer admin on the claim processing

Weekly

  • Prepared Credit Notes (CN) for all dealers.
  • Request and followup signed Credit Notes (CN) from dealers
  • Followup with dealer admin for a claim amendment
  • Issue completed Credit Notes (CN) to dealers
  • Follow up with Finance for dealers Credit Note (CN) status
  • Request signed Credit Notes (CN) from HOD
  • Create a Job card in AIMS based on the new vehicle list received from VDC
  • Receive request form VDC for new car job card opening in AIMS system
  • Notify VDC of all job card completion status

Daily

  • Raise Purchase Order (PO) for dealer's claims in the PO system
  • Communicate with dealer admin for claim amendment
  • Monitor and followup payment for supplier with Finance
  • Update daily attendance report.
  • Assist all dealers on Processing claims and amendment
  • Followup with dealer for monthly claim submission
  • Prepared Credit Notes (CN) for approved PO from the PO System.
  • Vetting recall claim for Branch & dealers
  • Process dealers monthly claims
  • Process dealer Credit Notes (CN)

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
