Job Responsibilities:
Import/export for consolidation planning

Liaise with customer on operation issues.

Export consolidation planning

Import and export consolidation documents & liaising with overseas agent

Responding customer queries.

Verify Overseas & Contractors' invoices

Invoice billing

Rates negotiation with Carrier & Co-loader

Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments.

Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others)

Send BL and invoice to shipper and arrange telex release upon payment

Check shipment status

Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking.

Liase with consignee / shipper on import shipment's arrangements.

Send / fax arrival notice to consignee and arrange collection / delivery of cargoes.

Submission of permits to shipping lines.

Data entry and other assignments.

Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in relevant field

Knowledge of Singapore freight forwarding is an advantage
