Job DescriptionThe Service Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and services to meet commercial and financial targets. The role focuses on untapped potential at rolling fleet customers, approaching customers when the vehicle is already sold.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to identifying new potential customers and total market potential
- Structure and develop customer base through local segmentation
- Keep up to date with customers and the local market, product and service portfolio, and competitors' product/service portfolios and activities
- Actively participate in campaigns and customer events, fairs, etc.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Analyze customer list and set targets for customers
- Plan and prepare customer contacts, record and update relevant customer information, and follow up customer contact
- Increase the customer base by working actively with contacting prospects and building long-term business relations with selected customers
- Act professionally as an ambassador and market the full range of products and services
- Adapting to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations and with diverse individuals and groups
- Effectively transferring information and expressing ideas orally or in written form to individuals or groups
- Dealing with situations and issues proactively, persistently, and seizing opportunities that arise
- Embracing change and recognizing the need for change, being open to new ideas and methods, and championing transformational change within the organization and beyond
RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 per month, with a car allowance of RM 800, Employee Provident Fund (EPF) contribution of 16%, and an incentive scheme with no ceiling limit for commission.
Additional benefits include outpatient coverage of MYR5,500, hospitalization and surgical coverage of MYR20,000 per disability, term life and total permanent disability coverage of 36 times monthly basic salary, personal accident coverage of 36 times monthly basic salary, annual leave of 16 days, sick leave of 14 days, hospitalization leave of 60 days, dental coverage of MYR1,000 per annum, optical coverage of MYR500 every 2 years, Shell card for petrol, and T&G card for tolls.
