Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
- Execute inspections and tests as per inspection and Test Plans and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by quality management system.
- Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
- Check construction drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period.
- Liaise with consultants on construction details and related matters.
- Assess / Verify work done by contractors.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in property development or construction projects.
- Selfmotivated and is able to work independently.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proactive working attitude, mature and independent.
- Willing to work on extended work hours/days.
Job Types:
