Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts.

  • Will be in charge of accounting & administrative functions which include processing billings and collections, preparing payments and official receipts, accounting journals, bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Updating the supporting schedules for management accounts.
  • To prepare the information for income tax submission and transfer pricing report.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and property owners.
  • To maintain proper and accurate filing of records and other documents.
  • Any other adhoc tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Organization and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
