Job Summary:


Define and build out use cases utilizing existing marketing tech stack, as well as identifying and integrating new tools to address future use cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Provide moderately complex insights into database optimization, as it relates to data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases.
  • Optimize automate and troubleshoot the lead management process and ensure correct database segmentation.
  • Perform A/B testing, reporting and analysis of individual campaigns to identify areas of improvements as well as detect any deliverability issues.
  • Manage technical aspects (e.g.
, troubleshooting, governance) of key marketing systems including:
Marketo, Customer Data Platform, and Dynamics 365/SalesForce.

  • Other incidental duties.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 3 years relevant experience Required or
  • Master's Degree or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience Required

Additional Skills:

  • Experience and proficiency in marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, Customer Data Platform, and Dynamics 365/SalesForce).
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Good problemsolving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to digital marketing technology.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM engines, and other foundational digital marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data flow, governance, and lead scoring model processes.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, juggling various projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
