Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the construction / property developer industry is required for this position.
  • Experience in mix development, high rise residential and commercial retail.
  • Knowledge in legal and authority requirement will be additional advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good command in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Able to liaise and coordinate between consultants, contractors and project team.
  • Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers
  • Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary
  • Liaise with Planning Department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
  • Preferably specializing in Engineering
  • Civil/ Construction / Structural /M&E or equivalent
  • Possess own transport
  • To assist to manage the daily project activities and ensure the activities are properly executed.
  • To assist and ensure the construction work program is executed in timely manner, efficient and effective.
  • To coordinate with lead consultant, finalize and submit to relevant documentation authorities for project implementation.
  • To conduct and attend meeting with operation head, contractors and consultant whenever required.
  • To coordinate and check and ensure all reports are in order for submission to relevant authorities.
  • To assist and manage the site operation.
  • To plan, develop and review works system such as procedures, work instruction and forms.
  • To ensure all projects activities are carried out within the stipulated time and supervise the key staff discipline and subcontractor performances are meeting the Company's objective.
  • To maintain and always improve good working relationship with relevant authorities, clients, within Company's organization and group of companies.
  • To monitor, review and coordinate the supervision of construction works, third party works and any other works related to Civil and Structural which is having direct or indirect impact to the project.
  • To ensure construction control at site inclusive of safety, health and environmental requirements.
  • Responsible for construction planning and control of contractors.
  • Undertake other duties and as when required.
  • To accountable for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as budgetary control, manpower assignment, quality and productivity management, checking of subcontractor claims, site safety and health issues, welfare or site progress vs. construction schedule, time and any related site initiatives.
  • To attend all project site meetings with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
  • To prepare weekly/monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to client, consultant or the Management.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
