Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to undertake any of processing under purview of Corporate Trustee Services.
  • Assist on client's queries in relation to the Corporate Trustee business.
  • Ensure due care and diligence is executed on daytoday operational matters and within the agreed Service Level Agreement and SOP.
  • Acquiring Corporate Trustee Services relevant knowledge and training.
  • Provide support to Head of Department, Unit Head, Managers and subordinates.
  • Conforming and adhering to risk profile, by following the Policies and Procedures, SOP and immediate escalate in the event of a potential failure or breach.
  • Maintains good relationships with clients, beneficiaries, cotrustees, internal and external parties.
  • Ensure proper and complete filing for both department file and custody folder.
  • Participate in adhoc assignment, projects and testing, whenever required.
At least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting / business studies / administration or equivalent
1 year working experience with trustee company or unit trust company or fund management industry.

Technical/Functional skills
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting
knowledge
Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
i) Meticulous, resourceful and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines
ii) Self-motivated and pleasant personality
iii) Systematic approach with good planning skills
iv) Able to work independently and under pressure
v) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
