JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to Dental surgeon during treatment for example, handling relevant equipment and instrument, assisting in retraction and suction
  • Provide the Dental Surgeon with the correct instruments and equipment
  • Prepare relevant equipment and dental materials for every patient
  • Sanitise and prep dental chairs for every patient
  • Greet and guide patients to their treatment room
  • Offer reassurance and support to patients
  • To arrange appointments for follow up patient together with Dental Surgeon
  • Practice health and safety protocols as well as infection control to the highest standard
  • Ensure all dental instruments are correctly decontaminated
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of premise
  • Monitor stock levels for materials and sundries and liaise with Lead Nurse for ordering
  • Must be able to handle and operate medical equipment with care (training will be provided)

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Minimum qualification
  • SPM/ O'Levels


 Work experience
  • Not required as Training will be provided
  • Command good communication and writing skills with minimum preference of
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Be a team player
  • Able to work Public Holidays
  • Good organisational skills
