People Job Summary:

The Junior Administration Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support tasks to contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.

This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

The Junior Administration Assistant will assist with various tasks, such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support to the team.


Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. 2. Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinating office equipment maintenance. 3. Maintain and update electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records. 4. Enter and update data in company database and systems. 5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. 6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents ad requested. 7. Collect and distribute mail and packages. 8. Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and printing. 9. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 7. Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills. 8. Basic knowledge of office equipment and its maintenance. 9. Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
