Summary:

The role of the Brand Trainer involves the development and support of Station Lead Trainers.

This position is responsible for evaluating the training systems implemented by franchisees to ensure uniformity and oversee the adherence to brand standards across all locations.

The Brand Trainer is expected to possess advanced knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures.

These individuals play a vital role in store openings and serve as a communication channel between the HQ international corporate offices and the field.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensures brand standards are maintained across all Company training stores.
  • Evaluates and collaborates with Franchisee Training Departments to foster their growth and development. Communicates findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Contributes to the development of company courses.
  • Performs updates and upkeep of the international operations manual.
  • Conducts testing for products and equipment in both domestic and international settings.
  • Demonstrates and provides coaching on comprehensive operational knowledge of Company brand restaurant operations.
  • Assists in the calibration process for both international and domestic operations. Conducts inspections and calibration of stores in international markets, as well as existing stores as necessary. Reports findings and any identified issues.
  • Offers training support to stores as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Certifies new managers by working in stores and providing necessary training.
  • Takes a leadership role and participates in new store openings to ensure implementation of standards and procedures. Ensures teams are adequately trained and the store operates smoothly

Requirements:

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related fields
  • Has at least 4 years of restaurant experience experienced in operation, serving etc
  • Experienced in a managerial role

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
