Administrations Assistant/clerk Officer

Responsibilities:
- To support and assist overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, correspondences, report, filing and records are consistent with office guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure that daytoday administration and operational requests assigned are looked into and solved in an efficient, effective and professional way.
- To welcome and entertain visitors until they achieved their desired objectives.
- To answer, entertain and relay any calls, information or messages to the respective department, if any.
- To receive, acknowledge and sort any documents, mails or packages to the designated personnel.
- To monitor attendance/leave record and prepare monthly report of lateness, emergency leave, unpaid leave, sick leave and absenteeism.
- To handle all stationary matters.
- Any other adhoc assignments relating to HR & Administration delegated by the Superior/Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Careful and able to give a lot of attention to detail
- Able to abide by deadlines with a strong sense of responsibilities.
- Good communication skills. Able to interact with all level of employees.
- Own transport/public transport and punctual.
- Good working attitude and self-discipline.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
