Responsibilities:

  • To support and assist overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, correspondences, report, filing and records are consistent with office guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure that daytoday administration and operational requests assigned are looked into and solved in an efficient, effective and professional way.
  • To welcome and entertain visitors until they achieved their desired objectives.
  • To answer, entertain and relay any calls, information or messages to the respective department, if any.
  • To receive, acknowledge and sort any documents, mails or packages to the designated personnel.
  • To monitor attendance/leave record and prepare monthly report of lateness, emergency leave, unpaid leave, sick leave and absenteeism.
  • To handle all stationary matters.
  • Any other adhoc assignments relating to HR & Administration delegated by the Superior/Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Careful and able to give a lot of attention to detail
  • Able to abide by deadlines with a strong sense of responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills. Able to interact with all level of employees.
  • Own transport/public transport and punctual.
  • Good working attitude and self-discipline.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
