Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist all incoming visitors.
  • Provide information, directions, and assistance as required.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Register and monitors incoming visitor. Keep accurate records of visitor logs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Process customer order, termination request and complaint escalations.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks including photocopying, sending document, filing and data entry.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience working as a receptionist. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with Microsoft Teams
  • Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator who can successfully interact with visitors and customers.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
