Responsibilities:

  • Being part of a growing training division, contributing to the development and expansion of this division to new business areas.
  • Preparing, delivering and/or facilitating technical training for the diversified solutions of the corporation including online trainings
  • Be involved with new solutions or expertise required in the venture of the corporation into new fields, and assisting in designing and developing new training programs as required by local customers.
  • Assist in evaluating existing programs for continuous improvement to achieve quality objective.
  • Assist in developing & maintaining course materials and training equipment
  • To assist training manager to achieve on business target for training solutions business.
  • To assist other department on technical issues and related works

Requirements:

  • Degree in Process Control / Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
  • Proficient in verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia to capable of creating training materials and making presentations to customers.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply;
  • Selfmotivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
