**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**1. Accountability **and others special requirement.
- Monitor service engineer’s onshore & offshore certificate, OSP,
OGSP, medical report and work permit validity.
- Apply/summit all require documents (CCC, KPKK, E-Vetting, boat booking/travelling form and other require documents) for client review before service engineer to attend the service.
- Arrange all service accommodation and transportation if necessary.
- Prepare and submit the JHA, JMS, Job card and Workpack for client review.
- Brief engineer the job scope, schedule, accommodation, travelling arrangement and any special requirement from client. Prepare and handover the require tools, hardware and documentation for engineer before attend the service
- Review and submit the service, PM, site survey & close out report after job done.
- Manage the 1st floor training room utilization and prepare all necessary training refreshment, documents and trainer schedule planning.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior / manager.
Managerial Responsibilities
To undertake full ownership and responsibility of the following:
- To attend to any service support requests by other departments such as Sales, Proposal and Project teams.
- To be proactive in understanding the nature of the company’s business and direction to motivate and guide service engineer to grow with the organization.
- To communicate with HR department for suitable trainings to staff for improvement on a consistent and timely manner. This may include suggestions or observation of challenges of individual employees, or to highlight an employee’s talents or potential.
- To ensure all service engineer have a clear understanding of company policy and to lead by example.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To have an open mind on knowledge transfer and succession planning to ensure the organization has a healthy mix of technical capabilities to meet any and all service deliverables.
- To proactively bring to senior management attention of any foreseen or observed issues in the company or department.
- To carry out assigned tasks by management or immediate superior as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for both written and oral skills.
