Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and insights
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Design, track, and optimise the sales funnel to achieve the highest conversion possible
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics
  • Measure and improve ROI on a timely basis
  • Device experiments and conversion tests
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Undertake still and video photography, image processing, video and audio editing.
  • Manage and or undertake video and photographic assignments from concept to completion in a costeffective and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, interpreting their requirements, providing expert advice on all aspects of all inhouse services giving full consideration to costs and value for money.
  • Experience working in digital ad platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ad or other programmatic media platforms
  • A proven track record of driving results as a media buyer
  • Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including social media, press, radio, television, and film.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problemsolving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced environment, learn rapidly, do ad hoc works, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • High degree of independent judgment.
  • Able to write and read in English and Mandarin.

The Extra Details:

  • You must be available to work weekends if needed
  • You must have reliable transportation to travel between De Comate office to the site (within the Penang area, transportation allowance will be available for outofPenang travel)
  • Experience in the events industry is an asset (but love for weddings & events is a must)
