What's the role?
To take full responsibility for the Recruitment Function within Hilti Asia IT Services and any adhoc admin tasks assigned.

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA).

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners & Head of HR in managing the following:

  • Communicate effectively with members of the HR department, providing accurate information in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR on any issues.
  • Step inin as key support during the absence of any TA team members
  • Support and actively participate in the Organizationwide event as part of the oneteam initiatives.
  • Any other duties that are commensurate with the TA Team function.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Admin, Management, HRM, or in a related field with a Cumulative Grade Point Average 3.0 and above
  • Proven skills in working within a team and dynamic environment
  • Strong result orientation, resilience in delivering, and ability to work under conditions of ambiguity and fastpaced.
  • Previous internship experience in an HR environment would be an added advantage
