Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Key Performance Metrics for the assigned Business Entities (Region / Site / Language Groups)
- Ensure Visibility by providing meaningful insights to stake holders in a timely and consistent manner.
- Highlight Risks / Raise Alerts on any delays / derailments experienced while driving business results.
- Ensure Adherence to WFM Processes
- Identify and drive process improvements that have a positive impact on Business Results, Client and Employee Experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues & client within WFM and Operations to drive Business Outcomes
- Understanding of WFM
Desired Skills:
- Good Excel and Power point Skills
- Strong ownership and cando attitude, dealing with ambiguity
- Knowledge of WFM Tools will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of WFM, Real time monitoring and Scheduling (Optional for Ops TL)
- Knowledge of Ops metrics and revenue improvisation
