Job Description:

  • To assist Senior Sales Manager in the entire project & product sales process.
  • To ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the clients and attending to customers' complaints and concerns.
  • Visit customer's site, attend site meeting to resolve site issues.
  • To work with supplier, contractor, and consultant.
  • Produce costing documents, quotation to clients on time.
  • Coordinate the external scheduling for service/ project works with clients.
  • Follow up on job status and completion and send the report, DO and invoice to client on time.
  • Report to Manager on sales prospects, project execution, weekly reviews, payment collection, after sales service, etc.
  • Communicates and works closely with the other project departments.
  • To take on any other ad hoc project as and when assigned by the Management and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirement

  • At least minimum in Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales related position in similar industry
  • Willing to work during weekend when necessary (replacement OTleave will be provided).
  • Cheerful personality and customer oriented with pleasant personality
