Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure operational excellence
  • Updating internal HR documentation to ensure the department is in line with internal policies and regulations
  • Provide support to the recruitment process to ensure efficient onboarding of new employees
  • Supporting the HR team in project functions and contributing ideas to the success of the projects.
  • Analyze data and develop HR dashboard to facilitate HR reporting

Basic knowledge & experience with Microsoft office:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Internship period is for 3 to 6 months
Working Hours

Monday - Saturday

Monday - Friday : 9:00 am - 5:30pm

Saturday : 9:00 am - 1:00pm

Sunday :

OFF
