Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Oil and Gas and or Construction and Engineering Field as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • As project QS, tender proposal, schedule/ planning
Able to work independently

  • Able to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Pricing / forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a projects

  • Tracking changes to the design and or construction work and adjusting budget projection in line with the followings:
  • Selecting and / or sourcing construction materials
  • Sourcing contractors and / or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project
  • Measuring and valuing the work done on site
  • Dealing with financial and legal matters
  • Arranging payments for subcontractors
  • Liaising with the respective clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
