Job scope:

Arrange Appointments with Clients:
Schedule meetings with clients to discuss their business needs and objectives.

Gathering Information about the Client's Business:
Conduct shadowing sessions, interviews, surveys, and read relevant reports to understand the client's business thoroughly.

Analyze the Data:
Process and analyze the gathered information to identify key patterns, trends, and challenges within the client's business.

Provide Solutions and Understand Customer Needs:
Develop tailored solutions based on the analyzed data to address the specific needs and challenges of the client.

Make Recommendations to Customers:
Present the analysis findings and recommended solutions to the clients, explaining how these recommendations can benefit their business.

Assist Customers in Implementing Recommendations:
Support clients in the implementation of the recommended solutions, providing guidance and resources as needed.

Provide Guidance to Customers to Face Problems and Issues:
Offer ongoing support to clients, helping them navigate and overcome any problems or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
-Schedule Meetings with Clients to Find Out the Status of Their Business:
Periodically schedule follow-up meetings to assess the progress of the implemented solutions and gather feedback from clients.

Preparing Reports:
Document the entire process, including the initial analysis, recommendations, implementation progress, and any adjustments made. Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal records.
Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
