JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist in managing office budgets, bookkeeping tasks, record expenses and petty cash.
  • Maintain accounting books and records for daily sales.
  • Oversee the production of periodic financial reports. Ensure that the reports comply with accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Review all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
  • Maintaining general administrative support including office files and other files related to the company's operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices/receipts/payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and liaising with clients on payment matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO POSITION HOLDER:

Qualification

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience.

Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Skilled in using information technology (IT) and computers.
  • Knowledge in Accounting System is an added advantage.
  • Able to liaise with auditors, bankers and tax agents.
  • Good interpersonal and proactive approach skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, takes initiative, proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to think critically and analytical problem solving.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
