Support Order Management Function - Order Entry, Customer Master Setup, Contract Setup, RMA Processing, Ship confirmation.

  • Price List updates
  • Raise PO for local vendor and overseas vendor
  • Ensure all orders are screenthru before order entry process is performed
  • Data entry for Oracle Order for Sample Request as per Request Form provided by Sales Support
  • Release orders entered and handover to Production staff
  • Support picking and packing of Novelty stocks
  • Support monthly stock count of Novelties
  • Filling of all related documents
  • Customer Purchase, Delivery Order and Proof of Delivery
  • Arrange for interbranch stocks transfer with appointed transporters
  • Sourcing for Safety related training when needed
  • To source, maintain and distribute basic PPE items to sales personal
  • Work it IT on laptop set up

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
