Experienced Maintenance Executive

Location:
Ampang Ulu Klang, Kuala Lumpur

Type:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes, ensure safety compliance, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions to enhance maintenance practices.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring availability for timely repairs and replacements.
  • Prepare and present regular maintenance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in maintenance management,
preferably in manufacturing industry.
3.
Strong technical knowledge of air handling unit (AHU) and hands-on experience in maintenance practices.
