Policy Management Executive (1 year Contract)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • To process reinstatement and policy coverage/benefits changes
  • To update nonfinancial changes like contact details and personal information update
  • To process policy changes submitted by customers/agents within turnaround time
  • To assist in projects/campaign related to policy management
  • To provide quality work in meeting company's target and service standard

Key requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; recent school/college/university leaver.
  • 12 years of working experience in an insurance company, focusing on operational tasks such as policy processing and customer service.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
