To handle day to day incoming and outgoing documents/mails for postage's, courier services or dispatch with proper records.

  • Registration visitor, courier.
  • Redirect call as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Providing accurate information and assistant in a professional manner over the phone and the concierge desk to tenants.
  • To process Special Entry, VIP parking & Even Order request for Tenant/Agent Visit.
  • In charge and responsible for Visitor registration by using VMS System.
  • In charge for Building Access card activation and keep record for any lost or damage card.
  • To attend and assist guest/visitors/customer's requirements and needs from time to time.
  • To monitor the visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Update internal system and phone listing.
  • Incharge in monitoring and coordination of Daily Servedeck Update to respective section.
  • Incharge in complaint management.
  • Incharge in IOI Office Application.
  • To prepare weekly CS report, census report for Building Manager weekly's meeting.
  • Responsible for administration task given from Admin Management.
  • To check and update mater list for:
  • a. Tenant Access Card
- b. Special entry
- c. Event Order
- d. Census Report

  • Develop and maintain the current and accurate filing system.
  • Prepare and update Duty Roster for Customer Service
  • Perform any other administrative and office support activities.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the company,
  • Adhoc duties as and when required.
