Officer - Customer Service

- Registration visitor, courier.
- Redirect call as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Providing accurate information and assistant in a professional manner over the phone and the concierge desk to tenants.
- To process Special Entry, VIP parking & Even Order request for Tenant/Agent Visit.
- In charge and responsible for Visitor registration by using VMS System.
- In charge for Building Access card activation and keep record for any lost or damage card.
- To attend and assist guest/visitors/customer's requirements and needs from time to time.
- To monitor the visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Update internal system and phone listing.
- Incharge in monitoring and coordination of Daily Servedeck Update to respective section.
- Incharge in complaint management.
- Incharge in IOI Office Application.
- To prepare weekly CS report, census report for Building Manager weekly's meeting.
- Responsible for administration task given from Admin Management.
- To check and update mater list for:
- a. Tenant Access Card
- c. Event Order
- d. Census Report
- Develop and maintain the current and accurate filing system.
- Prepare and update Duty Roster for Customer Service
- Perform any other administrative and office support activities.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the company,
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
