Job Summary
- To create opportunities and facilities for employee's development according to the growth and development of the organization.
- To achieve Organizational and departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources and administration activity such as training and development process & office administration function.
- Source, arrange including conduct training
- Familiar with HRDF
- To handle daily administration works and documentation.
- To handle private & confidential matters
- Maintain and renew license and authorized documents.
- Any task assigned by the management.
Education & Qualification
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource Management
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- Minima 23 years of working experience in the related field
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
- Good knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relation Act and statutory regulation.
- Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
