Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

General Office Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input and update data into relevant databases and systems. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.

Client Support: Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Projects: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
