RPA Business Analyst will collaborate with stake holders, understand business requirements work closely with the RPA development team to ensure successful automation implementations.

Requirements gathering.

Process analyst and Design.

Conduct process assessments to identify opportunities for automation.

work closely with process owners to design efficient and effective RPA Solution.

Conduct Feasibility studies to determine the suitability of processes for automation.

Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and documentation to facilitate automation.


communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams and management to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals.

Provide support using the implementation phase, working closely with the RPA developments team to address issues and ensure successful deployment '

Assist in the training of end users on the use of automation processes.

Salary:
From RM8,000.00 per month
