- Peu importe qu'un client arrive exténué après un long voyage ou tout excité à l'idée de ses vacances, vous saurez toujours quoi faire pour qu'il se sente chez lui. Les clients apprécieront la présentation impeccable de la réception, votre accueil chaleureux et votre efficacité à accomplir les formalités d'arrivée et à leur indiquer le chemin. Lorsqu'ils savent que vous êtes réellement préoccupé par la qualité de leur séjour, c'est que vous faites preuve d'excellence.

**Tâches à accomplir**
- Organiser, confirmer et effectuer les formalités d'arrivée et de départ des clients et s'adapter à tous les changements
- Recevoir le paiement, et vérifier et modifier la facture au besoin
- Fournir aux clients des renseignements sur leur chambre et sur l'hôtel, les aménagements de l'établissement, les centres d'intérêt locaux, et leur indiquer des directions
- Produire des rapports quotidiens et déterminer les éléments à communiquer au personnel effectuant le quart de travail suivant
- Produire le rapport du caissier et le rapport de clôture, et compter la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail de manière sécuritaire
- Recevoir et consigner les appels de réveil et les communiquer au service approprié
- Signaler toute urgence, objet perdu ou vol au personnel de sécurité adéquat ou aux autorités
- Tenir à jour des listes en cas d'urgence et communiquer tous les messages requis

- Ce poste nécessite de se conformer aux attentes et aux normes en matière d'assurance de la qualité. Il peut être nécessaire de se tenir debout ou assis ou de marcher pendant des périodes prolongées. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu'à 10 livres (5 kg) sans assistance. S'acquitter d'autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
