Role Mission

The mission of the Designer is to produce beautiful designs that communicate the benefits, features, and overall mission of Lumos as a brand to end consumers.

Key Outcomes expected from this role

  • Website Design: Utilize UI/UX best practices on landing pages and website designs to ensure a smooth customer journey on our websites.
  • Advertisement Designs: Create digital image advertisements based on data provided by Digital Marketing Manager to test and increase Return on Advertising Spend.
  • Social Media Graphics: Create, edit, and/or design social media graphics for daily posting.
  • Produce B2B

Design Requirements:

Work with the B2B team to work on bi-annual refreshes of marketing assets, including but not limited to product catalogues, B2B newsletters, client-facing presentation decks and promotional materials, and the design of physical event/ trade show booths when necessary.

; Requirements:

  • Requirements
  • Experience and Knowledge: 13 years of professional experience as a digital designer at a consumer brand, agency, or startup.
  • Technical Design Skills: Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent command of English, both oral and written. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and project monitoring abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into effective marketing strategies.
  • Industry Interest: Interest or experience in cycling is a major plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic, earlystage company environment.
