Administrative Support

  • Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment
  • To perform other duties as and when assigned

Required Experience

  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field
  • Computer literacy, willing and eager to learn something new
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
  • Training will be provided.

Preferred Education

  • Possess in SPM or Diploma in facility management or any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
