Human Resource Assistant Manager #payroll #5 Days

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits as well as all administrative functions.
- Handle the endtoend recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
- Manage the full employment cycle from onboarding to offboarding of employees.
- Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical and insurance.
- Ensure employee records are kept accurately and up to date.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
- Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors.
- Manage employee welfare and employee queries on HRrelated issues.
- Participate in HR projects and programs.
- Manage administrative functions including purchase of office stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
- Other adhoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of proven and relevant HR Executive and above work experience.
- Knowledge of payroll system.
- Good knowledge of local labor law.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
- Selfstarter, meticulous and good with followup work.
- Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.
Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
