Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits as well as all administrative functions.
  • Handle the endtoend recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full employment cycle from onboarding to offboarding of employees.
  • Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical and insurance.
  • Ensure employee records are kept accurately and up to date.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as insurance vendors.
  • Manage employee welfare and employee queries on HRrelated issues.
  • Participate in HR projects and programs.
  • Manage administrative functions including purchase of office stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
  • Other adhoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven and relevant HR Executive and above work experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll system.
  • Good knowledge of local labor law.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Selfstarter, meticulous and good with followup work.
  • Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
