Director of Sales and Client Relations (KL)

MON-FRI 9AM - 6PM, PH OFF


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, quality assurance and finance, to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform strategic decisionmaking and resource allocation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service level by delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing ongoing relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to add value and meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise within expected service level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize their travel programs and achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the corporate travel industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel management processes, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and sales activities.
