  • Duties : Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist Maintenance Manager as needed including building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, and projects.
  • Supervise Technician team in the shopping mall.
  • Check HVAC systems to see if they are functioning.
  • Maintain HVAC units including filter replacements, as directed
  • Repair mechanical equipment as directed
  • Keep a log of maintenance performed
  • Handle HVAC complaints
  • Walk through building spaces regularly to check for temperature irregularities
  • Check exterior lighting Electrical including bulbs / ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
  • Lock / keys repair and install new locks, prepare all necessary keys and provide keys to main office
  • Patrol building exteriors for garbage, sweep lots and walks as needed
  • Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Report any facility problems to immediate supervisor
  • Wear company shirts / uniform during working hours
  • Maintain building systems including interior / exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security
  • Inspect roofs and drains regularly
  • Check contract cleaners work notify supervisor of any problems
  • Other duties as necessary

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
