Responsibilities

1.

Bookkeeping:


  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and vendors.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.

2. Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

3. Project Assistance

  • Collaborate with project managers to track expenses and budgets for construction projects.
  • Assist in preparing projectrelated documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors regarding invoices and payments.

4. General Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant diploma or degree.
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced or Intermediary MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting or any related degree: 1 year (preferred)
