1. Main task to assist guests at KMC lobby.

Additional task as to responsible and accountable to perform reception, administrative and clerical tasks in the Department and remain customer/ patient focus on behalf of KMC.

2. Responsible as the informative, professional ambassador to all KMC visitors and patient. To ensure all matters and patients records/ query are attended to with care, confidentiality and appropriate time frame.
