Provide Secretarial support to the Housekeeping Department and perform administrative /clerical duties such as typing, filing, preparation of reports, drafting of simple memorandum.


  • Maintain the Department filing system and to keep on file accurate records of the following:
  • Purchase request order.
  • Maintenance work order and special job order form.
  • Follow up on all purchase orders, particularly those outstanding.
  • Department's leave record.
  • Department monthly report.
  • Assist to plan and prepare for Department Duty roster.
  • Prepare and submit staff's overtime claim form.
  • Process and updating staff annual leave, Public Holiday's leave and Medical leave status.
Working hours

Monday to Friday :
(9.00am - 5.00pm)

Saturday :
(9.00am - 1.00pm)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From RM1,500.00 per month
