Plan and ensure an effective implementation of Quality & Safety Management Systems within APACS in accordance with relevant requirements published by Aviation and other Authorities as well as applicable international standards.


  • Manage and perform QMS, SMS & OSHE audits in accordance to the annual Audit plan.
  • Manage implementation of the QMS, SMS and OSHE based on the relevant requirements.
  • Evaluate performance of QMS, SMS and OSHE based on the developed KPIs.
  • Plan and facilitate forums for Quality and Safety performance evaluation based on latest data.
  • Facilitate customer and authority audit preparation and management.
  • Evaluate new and existing supplier, subcontractor and contractor performance process through remote / onsite audit and recommend for approval as part of the company approved vendors.
  • Ensures effective implementation and timely closure of Corrective and Preventive actions.
  • Ensure safety inspections are efficiently implemented in accordance to the Annual Inspection Schedule.
  • Manage process, product and operational risk assessment and escalate result for implementation and improvement.
  • Manage amendment and reviews of internal publications process to accommodate compliance to latest authority and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage capability list amendment through assessment of new and existing capability development.
  • Ensure internal and external complaints are manage efficiently and effectively within timely manner through investigation and reporting.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of QMS, SMS and OSHE.
Participate in cross-functional team activities to support the business (problem solving, lean improvement, safety initiatives, root cause analysis etc)

  • Support continuous improvement process with main focus on Component Maintenance aiming for failure costs reduction and process/procedure improvements
  • Supports the Head / Manager of Quality and Safety to ensure tasks/activities and deliverables are completed as planned.
To perform any other duties assigned by the Superior/Management to achieve the Company goals/objectives

Salary:
RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
