Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN ASIA RECRUIT SDN BHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our plant facilities and utilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant facilities, including utilities, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely replacement of worn-out or damaged equipment.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate factory upgrading projects to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Fire Department, and other authority compliance.
  • Quality and Safety: Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) activities to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferably in food industries.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Good knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP principles; knowledge of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems; and control system (PLC) experience is an advantage.
  • Language: Fluent in Malay and English.
  • Location: Willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor, with the possibility of transfer to Nilai once the new plant is set up.
