  • Team and Role Introduction:
  • The User Product team sits within the User Growth team in Lazada Singapore which also includes campaigns, traffic as well as user operations functions. We work closely with Commercial Business Units to execute our business strategy and achieve Lazada Singapore's growth aspirations. In this dynamic fast-paced environment with interactions with multiple stakeholders across the platform daily, we are looking for an organized, detailed orientated as well as resourceful, flexible and proactive member.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the User Product (Singapore) team, this role provides excellent exposure to user growth, platform operations and commercial topics. You will be part of a team responsible to drive homepage and engagement strategies, including support of platform traffic and conversion.
  • Coordinate and drive projects related to homepage and content engagement tools (i.e. Feed)
  • Act as a governance gatekeeper to set up/improve operational processes, guidelines and best practices on related topics
  • Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams and regional teams to support the business strategy and improve operations efficiency
  • Support new roll out of homepage assets and modules tools
  • Spearhead development of selfservice reporting solutions
  • Support A/B testing when necessary This role's main touchpoints include:

  • Regional Business & Product This role will report to the Head of User Product in Singapore.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in e-commerce, analytics, operations or related fields
  • Demonstrated data driven approach to draw insights and influence decisions. Excel skill is a must. Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
  • Skilled at working with cross functional groups & manage stakeholders
  • Detailedoriented and good communication skills with willingness to work & learn in a fastmoving environment
  • Comfortable in an environment of continuous change, pressure and ambiguity
  • Passion for ecommerce business
  • Bachelor's degree or above
