Training & Engagement

  • To encourage employees to take initiative in learning necessary skills and knowledge by promote the training linked performance system in order to nurture lifelong learning culture within every employee
  • To coordinate, schedule and track the training course and its effectiveness of syllabuses.
  • To organize and participate staff engagement activities to create fun and strong team work.
  • Manages internal social networking, career fair, universities by constantly updating the programs, activities and vacancies in order to build employer branding
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that address identified needs and support employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, both inperson and virtually, ensuring highquality delivery and participant engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms, metrics analysis, and stakeholder input, and make continuous improvements based on findings.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on development opportunities, career paths, and learning resources available within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of corporate working experience.
  • Outgoing, socially confident with good communication skill.
  • Able to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
