ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATION

  • Establish procurement process for CME operation.
  • Establish project process and improve project delivery.
  • Lead and execute tender exercise.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the development and production of Project Master Plan Document for Transmission Project (Tower rollout, IBS and fibre optic project).
  • Monitor and update regularly project performance progress for management reporting.
  • Identify and resolve potential critical issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Perform project performance analysis, recommend action plans and monitor its implementation.
  • Prepare annual network plan and budget.
  • Attending meetings/progress meeting with potential client and consultant
  • Study and provide risk assessment to management on terms specified by landlord and telco operator.
  • Monitor submission of technical documents by Client to landlord for endorsement.
  • Submission and follow up for regulatory process to local authorities.
  • Monitor work progress and performance of staff, contractors and consultant.
  • Lead COLLA Engineering team in negotiation with One Stop Agency (OSA) introduce by state government.
  • Supervise and assess staff performance based on given Key Performance Index (KPI)
  • Provide training to staff.

IMPLEMENTATION ROLLOUT

  • Design, develop, initiate and lead fibre optic and infrastructure project.
  • Prepare and update commercial planning inclusive CAPEX and OPEX for future business
- development.

  • Establish Strategic Business Relationship with the Major Telecommunication Operators and Regulators.
  • Ensure that COLLA Engineering will always be ahead of competitors in regards of facility solution provider by regularly monitoring local competitors and global trends.
  • Responsible for pitching to telecommunication corporates and clients on our sites and tower solutions.
  • Keep updated on latest telecommunication technology and trends.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discover and explore opportunities.
  • Explore potential business based on most strategic location for set up telecommunication equipment (e.g., BTS system, BTS Hotel, etc).
  • Create and execute a business development strategy for markets supported.
  • Develop negotiating strategies; examine risks and potentials;estimate clients' needs and goals.
  • Counter back the development and presentation of solutions/proposals.
  • Conducts research on current NFP Market Trends and prepare report.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key thirdparty influencers.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stake holders.
  • Selling Telecommunications professional services to all potential clients in industry.
  • Focus on key areas such as site acquisition, site development management, telecommunication infrastructure solutions, equipment installation / integration, RF Design and optimization for indoor and outdoor networks fibre.
  • Develop value positions that aligns telecom designs, implementations and operation services.
  • Intimate understanding of the business drivers and economics that lead to Carrier Network initiatives.
  • Develop and capture plans for emerging technology opportunities.
  • Drive Business Development efforts directly with Clients on a regular basis.
  • Navigate and operate effectively in a matrix sales organization.
  • Coordination of prelaunch preparation with all stakeholders including Marcom, IT, network, legal, sales and services.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

QUALIFICATION

  • A minimum of 8 years experienced in telco and NFP background.
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Salary:
RM6, RM8,500.00 per month
