Establish and implement HR strategies, systems, policies and procedures and align HR initiatives with business goals, collaborating with all leaders and managers.


  • Responsible for organization manpower planning, budgeting and recruitment activities to ensure the Company has qualified resources with appropriate competencies.
  • Advise management team on HR matters; talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits.
  • To provide coaching and counselling on HR issues including performance improvement, staff discipline, grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance and licensing.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct HR audits, identify gaps, and create action plans.
  • Responsible for performance appraisal, propose KPI & salary benchmark as and when needed by the Management.
  • Collaborate on training programs for employee skills development.
  • Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary. payment as well as all statutory requirements are met and complied with.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work environment at workplace at all times.
  • Oversee and monitor full spectrum of office administration matters including compliance audit.
  • Enforcement of Security Policy and oversee the management of security personnel.
  • Perform adhoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • With 15 years of work experience in HR or related field and at least 5 years as a HR & Administration Manager.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian Employment and Industrial Relations Act, employment tax, KWSP, Socso, HRDF and HRrelated government laws.
  • Experience in auditing, improving processes and writing procedures for Quality Management Systems ISO 900
  • Mature, good leadership and problem solving skills, high integrity and resultoriented.
  • Connects easily with people and an excellent team player.
  • Must have strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills in verbal and written English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
