Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing, sales, IT, creatives & art, B2B, and business development departments. The CMO will work side by side with the CEO to ensure the profitable running of our go-to-market strategies and existing business operations, focusing on business expansion, product-market fit (PMF), and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead efforts in defining and refining product-market fit (PMF) to ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of branding strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of the marketing, sales, IT, creatives & art, B2B, and business development departments.
  • Drive the implementation of go-to-market strategies and ensure existing business operations are profitable.
  • Manage the digital marketing team and outsourced marketers, focusing on performance ads and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Drive business expansion efforts in targeted regions, focusing on profitability and market dominance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 2 years as a CMO or equivalent in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Data Visualization Tools).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to propose and implement innovative marketing and branding strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in scaling businesses in both local and international markets is highly desirable.
