SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR (SAND DEPARTMENT)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To attend to customer enquiries about sand products included walk in customer.
- To process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices.
- Must processing all the deliveries on time and immediately once payment done.
- Follow up on customer order enquiries and deliveries.
- To ensure all the document related to filling done in timely & accurate manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Effectively handling customers phone enquiries
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
WORKING HOURS
Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Sat 8.30am to 1.00pm
