SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR (SAND DEPARTMENT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To attend to customer enquiries about sand products included walk in customer.
  • To process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices.
  • Must processing all the deliveries on time and immediately once payment done.
  • Follow up on customer order enquiries and deliveries.
  • To ensure all the document related to filling done in timely & accurate manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Effectively handling customers phone enquiries
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

WORKING HOURS
Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat 8.30am to 1.00pm

*Commission between RM600 and above per month.

From RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
