SALES COORDINATOR

To Perform:


Detail oriented task in administrative preparing and processing sales invoices and delivery orders to help running a smooth business operation.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Order Management

  • Coordinate, prepare and process sales order activities and delivery schedules, ensuring all sales orders are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Prepare sales MEMO, Sales Campaign Letter, and Sales Agreements.
  • Assist sales executives with marketing materials.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and customer database, keeping all data accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., technical, finance, production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

B. Logistics

  • Responsible in processing all deliveries project and related request.
  • Preparing all documents direct or indirect related to outgoing deliveries, delivery orders, commercial invoice, packing list.
  • To expedite all incoming shipments by updating stocks data in the system.
  • Coordinating with warehouse personal on orders packing, crating, storage space, stuffing and un-stuffing and delivery arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • Able to commute to work
  • Prefer with experience
  • Diploma and above, age between 24-40 years old.
  • Fluently with Chinese, English and Malay, including speaking and writing
  • Use Microsoft Office and Auto Count software skilled.
  • Good at communication, assisting sales personnel to complete daily order and paperwork arrangement.
  • Can start work in 30 Days
