Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in Company Management Expenses data and journals preparation with precise, accurate details in and timely manner.
  • Assist in the production of basic commentaries for monthly performance slides and relevant segmentlevel reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and regular variance analyses, along with additional ad hoc reporting.
  • Track and record all expenses and monitor budgeting activities promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform basic financial analysis on Management Expenses data to highlight potential areas of concern.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders by acting as a contact point for any queries relating to financial information or trends.
  • Drive continuous improvements to financial processes and systems, boosting efficiency and accuracy by automating the reporting procedures and thorough review of existing protocols.
  • Support specific projects that contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the planning process.
  • Utilizing SAP/BI tools to offer insightful business dashboard analytics.
  • Conduct prompt ad hoc business reporting and analysis when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or finance
  • 1 2 years of experience in mass data management (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Great in analytical problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP/BI tools would be an advantage.
