Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with the Finance and Admissions Departments to ensure the School database is
accurate.

  • Maintain updated records of student attendance and communicates with parents for
constant absences.

  • Coordinates school trips (activities, transport, budgeting, foods, budgeting, consent forms,
posters, etc).

  • Coordinates Eco Scout programs (activities, grouping, teachers in charge etc.)
  • Briefs new parents on their first day and guides them through the school's process, rules
and guidelines

  • Maintains updated contact list in the school's official broadcast channels (WhatsApp)
  • Attends to parents' queries on a daily basis pertaining to students' affairs via WhatsApp or
phone call

  • Prints and issues student and staff ID cards as required
  • Assists the management team with administrative tasks as required
  • Supports customer service with boarding recruitment (initial visits, spot checks, annual
inspections) and ensure that accurate compliance records are maintained

Requirement:

  • Preferably Female
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution Driven
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
